THE STORY
Once there was a strange animal in the deep forests called a Mitereany. This Mitereany spent most of it’s day wandering around it’s house. All of this took place in 1802. Mitereany’s house had been an old ticket booth, but the carnival had to close down because it wasn’t making enough money. (AN: because there was a monster living in the ticket booth.) Mitereany was rare for it’s skins and different colors. It had a white human face with big blue eyes and a smiling mouth. Around the face was a shaggy, yellow lion’s mane. Atop that were two bunny ears. The head was attached to a bear body with fish fins for arms and dog feet for feet. Coming out the back was a horse tail.

Splah! Mitereany just caught a fish for his family. He started home to gut and eat the fish. When he turned around and started home, he looked at the beautiful scenery. When he had gone a while he stopped and thought for a while. The forest was a lot darker than he remembered. Suddenly, he realized he was lost. He started wandering around, looking for home. The bush rattled. It rattled again as his baby girl, Miterettiy, jumped out. Mitereany asked what she was doing.

“Me follow,” Miterettiy replied. Mitereany had said, “Let’s go.”

They came to a river full of Salmon. By now they were starved from their long walk. Mitereany sat down and ate while Mitterettiy wanered around. They spent a day or two there and then started out again. (AN: The end?)

I think we may have had to create these animals for school and then I decided to write a story about mine. I remember I had to draw a picture; if I come across it, I'll be sure to scan it up here.
